As what Fitzgerald and Denis stated on their book, knowledge or information that can not be disseminated is of zero value. But how can this knowledge are shared to another? Communication as the mainstream of information age is the key for this phenomenon. Communication according to Martinez is a two way process by which information is exchange between or among individuals through a common system of symbols, signs and behavior. Another of significance is the statement of Ballesteros defined communication as a key advancement in continuing to learn things more accurately and effectively. The first definition signifies the important perspective of communication in the area of two evolving agents, the encoder and the decoder. In our history, our ancestors had their own way of expressing their thoughts and feelings. They make sounds, carved symbols in caves and sometimes on the branches of trees; they make some drawings, paintings, stenciling, engraving, sculpturing, signaling, clay tablets, until some present generations discovered and invented the new way of communicating to make their life more comfortable and easy. These inventions give rise to printing, typewriting, use of telegraph, phonograph, television, cellular phones and the bloom of computers and that was the effect of disseminated knowledge.
