All thing being equal, the former has a greater chance to land the job than the latter. In a similar vein, a credit report serves the same function as a scholastic record. This best describes the situation of a person who incurred numerous debts. A person who contracted many debts may be likened to a cargo ship which overloaded its compartments. The cargoes themselves could be the ship’s boon or bane. If managed well, the cargo is big source of income for the ship. But if not properly managed the cargoes themselves might be the cause of the sinking of the ship. Last July 21 of this year Apple reported its third-quarter profits topped a billion dollars on strong sales of its Macintosh computers, Ipods, and iPhones.

Apple said revenues for the fiscal quarter ending June 28, 2008 were $7.46 billion and profits tallied $1.19 per share of stock.

Apple’s revenues were $5.41 billion with profit of $818 million, or 92 cents per share in the same quarter the prior year.

“We’re proud to report the best June quarter for both revenue and earnings in Apple’s history,” said Apple chief executive Steve Jobs.

“We set a new record for Mac sales, we think we have a real winner with our new iPhone 3G, and we’re busy finishing several more wonderful new products to launch in the coming months.”

Apple shipped 2.49 million Macintosh computers during the quarter, representing a 41 jump from the same period in 2007.

Sales of iPod MP3 players rose 12 percent from the year-ago quarter to top 11 million units, according to Apple. Apple reported selling 717,000 iPhones in the recent quarter as opposed to 270,000 in the same three months last year.

Apple’s stock price dropped more than 10 percent to 156.20 per share in after hours trading as investors focused on the California company’s less optimistic outlook for the fourth quarter.

Apple forecast fourth-quarter revenues of 7.8 billion and per-share earnings of about a dollar.

Lately, you may have been hearing more and more about Ajax and begun to wonder how it could be beneficial to your business’s web application development projects. In addition, web programming with Ajax can be used to create what are known as “mashups” - situations where content from two different web applications can be combined into a third, newly useful application. For example, the apartment listings from Craig’s list were crossed with Google Maps to create a site that allows users to see apartment locations on the map.

The second Sunday in the month of May is a yearly special day for every mother around the globe. It’s a momentous event celebrating this out of the ordinary moment for our beloved mothers.

“Flowers for Mothers,” has been the prominent thought that had been in the mind before, thinking every mother to be happy. And, as time passes by, gifts, dates, flowers, cheesy foods, drinks, chocolates, perfumes, cards and kisses, these have been the hand-outs habitually given to our beloved mothers during Mother’s Day.

In speaking of a Mother’s Day, a special day for the mothers has been an officially called holiday in 1914 when President Woodrow Wilson proclaimed the second Sunday in May as a day for honoring mothers. It has been said that everything comes after the thought of Anna Jarvis. Miss Jarvis began the tradition of wearing a white carnation, and it later developed to wearing a red carnation if your mother was still living, and a white if she had passed. It has been developed through urging of Anna Jarvis. And through the years, the way of celebration has bloomed.
